Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

DeAPlaneta, S.L., with CIF B-62.490.461, will be responsible for the personal data provided. This company is located at Av Diagonal, 662, 08034 Barcelona, and can be contacted through the e-mail address dpo@planeta.es.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

DeAPlaneta, S.L. will process your personal data provided in the registration form, as well as any other data you may provide within the framework of “The three Musketeers NFT Collection” in order to manage your participation in the same, allow access to the different participation channels, participate in the games, missions and related activities, acquire and manage the corresponding NFT, and carry out the action in accordance with your conditions of participation. We may also use them to send you communications related to the action, such as reminders or relevant information regarding your participation.

In connection with the acquisition of NFTs, these will be linked to a wallet automatically generated at the time of registration, unless the User has his own cryptographic wallet and links it in his profile. For more information, please refer to the conditions of participation.

Certain games, missions or activities may require the User to provide photographs or images, among others. In the event that such materials may be considered to include personal data, such data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy, without prejudice to what may be established in each case in relation to the transfer of rights that may be necessary.

Any operation or transaction subsequent to the first acquisition of any NFT shall be made through third party platforms, where the corresponding legal conditions and privacy policies shall apply in each case. DeAPlaneta is not responsible for the data processing carried out by them, nor for the execution of any operation subsequent to the first acquisition.

Likewise, the participation in “The Three Musketeers NFT Collection” requires the use of third party platforms, such as Discord (www.discord.com) or Twitter (www.twitter.com). In the event that the User does not have an account, he/she must register in such platform, accepting the corresponding legal conditions or privacy policies. DeAPlaneta is not responsible for the processing of data by third parties on their own platforms, so we recommend that users who register with them to review their privacy policies in detail.

How long will we keep your data?

The data provided will be treated for the duration of the action of “The Three Musketeers NFT Collection” and, once it is finished, your data will be blocked until the fulfillment of any legal statute of limitations that may apply and, after that, definitively deleted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and as indicated above, “The Three Musketeers NFT Collection” requires the use of third party platforms. These platforms may have their own personal data retention criteria.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The processing of data relating to registration and participation in “The Three Musketeers NFT Collection” is based on your consent at registration, and on the contractual terms and conditions that apply to participation, including information relating to wallets and transactions made for the acquisition and collection of NFT.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your data will not be communicated to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not DeAPlaneta is processing personal data concerning them.
Also, interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. DeAPlaneta will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Likewise, the interested parties have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning them that they have provided to us, and to transmit them to another data controller.
Interested parties may exercise these rights and the revocation at any time of the consents provided, if any, by letter addressed to DeAPlaneta, at P.O. Box 221 in Barcelona, or by sending an email to dpo@planeta.es. In this regard, we inform you that you have at your disposal models of exercise of these rights on the website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/es/derechos-y-deberes/conoce-tus-derechos).
When the interested party deems it appropriate may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when he considers that we have not properly satisfied the exercise of their rights. This claim may be submitted to the aforementioned authority through the different options offered by the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
